Allen is a former professional pitcher with 10 years of experience, having played for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Montreal Expos, Fort Worth Cats, and Philadelphia Phillies. A Texas native, he was drafted out of high school by the Chicago Cubs but chose to accept a college baseball scholarship to pursue his education. He excelled in his college career at Dallas Baptist University and Northwestern State before being drafted by the Dodgers in 1998 following his senior year. He made history by advancing from Rookie ball to AA in his first season in the Dodgers system and continued his professional career while earning multiple accolades, including two AA All-Star selections. After retiring from professional baseball in 2007, Allen turned his focus to instructing and coaching youth, college, and professional athletes alongside his wife, Nikki. Together, they spent the last two decades developing multiple professional baseball players and countless college student-athletes. Allen also serves as an Associate Scout for the New York Yankees.
Proctor/Baseball Coach & Instructor
Mikey is dedicated to developing athletes who excel both on and off the field. With over a decade of experience as a personal baseball instructor specializing in pitching and hitting, He works with all ages from 6U beginners to collegiate athletes, helping each reach their full potential through disciplined training and individualized instruction. Growing up in the Arlington area and competing at both the junior college and university levels, he has first-hand knowledge of the hard work and mindset required to succeed in the game. That experience drives his commitment to building a program that emphasizes fundamentals, character, and long-term development.
Proctor/Baseball Coach & Instructor
Austin brings experience as both an educator and a head baseball coach at a 5A high school in Arlington, Texas. He has worked with athletes from age 6 through the college level and brings a calm, positive approach that develops both the physical and mental sides of the game. A graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington with a B.A. in Kinesiology and an emphasis in pedagogy, Austin is committed to helping athletes grow into well-rounded individuals who succeed on and off the field.
Certified to teach over 21 classes by TEA including: All Math, English, Science, & Social Studies classes from 4th-8th grade, any History course, Physical Education, and Professional Communications
Baseball Coach & Instructor
Coach Brendan Bell brings high-level playing experience and a strong passion for developing athletes. A standout at Arlington Lamar High School, he overcame a senior-year UCL injury with Tommy John surgery and went on to pitch at Murray State College, helping lead the team to the JUCO World Series before earning a Division I opportunity at North Carolina Central University. There, he excelled as both a starter and reliever, posting a 1.59 ERA before the COVID shutdown and graduating with a degree focused on physical and athletic development. Bell later signed professionally with the Cleburne Railroaders, appearing in over 105 games across three seasons. Today, he uses his experience to train athletes in pitching, strength, and overall performance, helping them reach their full potential.
Strength Training & Nutrition Director
Riley is a former collegiate baseball player and experienced Sports Performance Coach with a strong background in athlete development and program leadership. A graduate of Mansfield Legacy High School, he continued his playing career at Richland Junior College before finishing at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance. Blanton brings 4 years of collegiate baseball experience, developing a deep understanding of discipline, competition, and team culture at a high level. During his time at Southeastern Oklahoma State, he served as a lead intern, overseeing multiple athletic programs and ensuring that coaches and staff maintained high standards of performance and accountability. With 5 years of experience in sports performance coaching, Blanton has worked to develop athletes across various sports, focusing on strength, conditioning, and building well-rounded competitors. He later continued this mission at the University of North Texas, where he contributed to enhancing both athlete performance and coaching standards. Blanton is passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential while building strong, disciplined, and competitive programs.
Baseball Coach & Instructor
Logan Ramirez brings a wealth of experience and passion for the game of baseball. He has served as an assistant coach for two seasons, working with 12U and 13U teams, where he focused on developing young athletes both physically and mentally. As a player, Logan was an All-State athlete at Lake Ridge High School, a three-year varsity starter, and earned First-Team All-District honors for two consecutive years at second and third base. His dedication and skill led him to compete at the collegiate level, playing baseball for Navarro College. Currently, Logan is a Hitting and Fielding Instructor at Fields at Station 63, where he leverages his deep knowledge of the game, including its mental aspects, to help players refine their skills and elevate their performance.
